This is the new and improved Wikir. It should be more powerful and faster. I basically came to the realization that the original Wikir, while charming and in some ways better designed, was stagnating in the face of more active collaborative efforts. I got the latest copy of MoinMoin, which supports access controls, and started hacking away to fix some of the more nettlesome issues. The result is this beast. I will port the old pages over, which may take a little time. Oh, don't bookmark anything just yet, I'm still fiddling with my Apache config.
